Site Plan and Floor Plans

We’ve updated the website with the final site plan of seventeen townhomes.

Nash & Berry is four blocks of urban townhomes facing out to engage with the surrounding neighborhood, arranged in a pinwheel pattern around a shared courtyard. In a future post, we’ll walk you through the site in detail and explain our vision. (For those of you that can’t wait, research the Dutch term “woonerf” to get a head start.)

We also uploaded four floor plans as a representative sample set. While each home is unique given its specific site location, they generally follow one of the samples provided.
